July 31, 2010 – I received my labels and was extremely impressed with your willingness to seek out labels to fit my needs. Your customer service is top notch and I was so happy that I ended up taking the smaller labels instead of trying to cut down the larger ones. I really loved the border on my labels as well. The only thing that I would have changed was the placement of the top font. It was a bit too close to the border, so it blended in a bit when you first look at the label.

June 15, 2010 – Hi Rebecca, Yes we got our lables in record time, and we like them. I don\’t know if you remember us from last year. Dr. ________ did little jars for her patients. It was a great success and they all wanted more—-well this year her goal is 250 jars (mostly the little 4 oz ones) for both patients and staff. So she is getting an early start!!

If we gave you directions to print your own labels we would have nothing to offer you from our business. You an always order any custom labels from us, and

I have a question about submitting a custom label request. Living in the “Asparagus Capital” of the US, San Joaquin Valley, CA, I pickle Spicy Asparagus every year and it would be great to have my own unique custom labels for them. Would I need to provide a picture of an Asparagus bundle or if I just document my idea, does A Lotta Labels find a picture and create the labels? I have no problem either way. ‘Just need to understand the process and if I would need to provide the picture.

I appreciate your willingness to let me keep the additional order without charge. Unfortunately, it’s not my nature to take advantage of anyone. I completely understand the mix-up, but you’re in business to make a profit, and you can’t do that by giving away your products. Having the additional “fancy tops” will only provide me with additional incentive to put my apron on and make more jams and jellies this year. I had great success in last year’s competition at the Los Angles County Fair, so I’ll give it another try this year.
Since my credit card was not charged in this instance, I am sending another check to you in today’s mail. I don’t know why there was a problem transmitting my credit card information, but I can assure you that my credit is impeccable.
Again, thank you very much for the offer too keep the additional order, but I want your company to be around when I need additional canning labels and related products. I know what it’s like to not be paid for services rendered, and I don’t want to add to the negative side of your profit/loss sheet. The check is in the mail!
